Return & Exchange Policy
The terms below apply to all fifth sense orders, both within Turkey and internationally. You'll find how the process works and which items are excluded below.
General Conditions
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Once your request is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Discounted / Sale Items
- Items purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion cannot be returned.
- These items are eligible for exchange only.
Items Not Eligible for Return / Exchange
- Underwear items can never be returned or exchanged.
- Swimwear items with the hygiene seal removed cannot be returned or exchanged.
